Kanack school policy is as follows:
• First choice of days and times will be given to students paying a full year's tuition in the order in which they are received. (This plan does not require a registration fee)
• Second choice of days and times will be given to those paying for the first trimester in the order in which they are received.
• Students may register at any time by paying the $25.00 registration fee, however placement in a teacher’s schedule will not be confirmed until full first trimester payment has been received.

Confirmation of these schedules will be available as soon as possible.

Financial Policies Student Missed Lessons: Up to 3 lessons missed by the student due to illness or family emergency will be made up by the teacher at a mutually agreed upon time. These absences should be telephoned to the school or teacher as early as possible. Lessons missed due to vacations or any other reasons will not be made up. Teacher Missed Lessons: Lessons missed by the teacher will be made up at a mutually agreed upon time. Any lessons not made up by the teacher by the end of June will be credited toward the following semester or summer programs. If preferred this money may also be refunded. Incomplete Semesters or Years: Semesters not finished due to serious injury, illness, or an unexpected move out of the area will be refunded in the amount not used. Students who quit mid-term will not be refunded, however unused portions of tuition may be used toward any other instrument or program at the Kanack School. Missed Group Lessons: Group lessons cannot be made up.
